Policies

Shipping:

Our policy is to ship within 3 business days. However, if we receive an order on a business day by 5:00 PM (Central Time Zone) and your payment is cleared, we will normally ship on the next business day. A business day is any Monday - Friday that we are open for business.  We ship all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). For orders weighing less than 2 pounds, we usually ship USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail Service. Orders weighing 2 pounds or more usually ship via UPS Ground Service.

Pre-Orders will ship by the product release date.  If an order is placed including both pre-order and currently available items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order products are released.

We will ship internationally using the USPS International First Class, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box, or Express Mail Service.  We will declare the actual value of the items purchased. Any duties, fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.  

All orders will have a tracking number which will be sent to your email address.  If USPS First Class Padded Envelope (Available to U.S. Destinations Only) or Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box (Available to U.S. and International Destinations) shipping method is selected, no delivery confirmation nor insurance will be provided.

Free shipping will be provided for each order of $100 or more to the 48 contiguous United States.  All other orders will receive a shipping discount of $6.00 for each $100 ordered.  Shipping discounts will apply to the cost of shipping only.

Tax:

We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.

Return Policy:

You may return items to us under the following conditions:

  1. If you wish to return an undamaged item for a refund, you must contact us at contactus@12-7-games.com for approval prior to returning any item within 3 days of delivery. You must provide us with a tracking number and you are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. The item must be returned, undamaged and unopened. A 20% restocking fee will apply. If we receive the item in a damaged condition, we shall determine, in our sole discretion, the amount of refund, if any.
  2. If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at contactus@12-7-games.com and describe the damage prior to return. You may request a refund or a replacement, if we have one available. When you return the item, a tracking number must be sent to us at the time of shipment and we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance. You are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. If the returned item is received with damage not as described, we shall determine, in our sole discretion, if we shall replace the item or determine the amount of refund, if any.
  3. We will not accept a return if your purchase is a factory sealed product and is missing a game piece or stat card. You must contact the game company directly for a replacement. Refunds and returns will be processed within 3-7 business days of the date the returned item is received.
